  • I am unsure which industry is most suitable for me, can you help?
We spend over half of our lifetime working, so needless to say how important it is to make the right choice. Though, you've got to know where to put your efforts first. Choosing a job can be stressful. Most students have limited exposure to different industries and roles to know for sure what they want to do as their first career. However, this is a very important choice, as it largely determines the direction of your next 30-40 years of professional life. Equally, it is a very personal choice, because what's best for your friends might not be what's best for you. We have experienced mentors to help you explore your options and suggest the most suitable careers for you. Consultations are available as standalone sessions.
  • What regions do you cover?
We support applications around the world. Although we started out in London, our footprint is now global, with previous mentees working for Fortune 500 companies in Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia. International companies try to maintain a certain standard for their talent pipeline, and this results in a consistent hiring process. Our approach to recruitment has been proven to yield success.
  • Can you help if I want to work in a new country?
We have successfully placed candidates into positions in countries other than their place of residence at the time of application. Recent success stories include: a China-based Chinese applicant received an offer from BCG Dubai Office, a London-based French applicant received an offer from BCG New York office. (Yes, apparently BCG loves our applicants!), a London-based Chinese applicant received an offer from McKinsey Hong Kong. As mentioned earlier, the application process is consistent globally for multinational firms with some local twists, we can help you best tailor your recruitment plan according to the location you are applying for.

  • What is the case bootcamp?
The Case Bootcamp is a training camp for case interview preparations, and it is a Work-Based Learning (WBL) program. All the classes are held LIVE throughout the 20-session program for the best training qualities. All the major types of cases are covered in the program together with mock interviews designed for each case type. You will be learning how to answer case interview questions in MBB style while working on real consulting projects for clients in Europe and Asia. Students from LSE, Columbia University, UCL, etc. participated in our most recent consulting projects, including helping a Korean Game company design strategies to transform into a web 3 game company and supporting a UK consulting firm to identify innovative technology use cases in the retail industry.
  • Are there referral opportunities?
Through our rigorous training programs, all students are well prepared for the career they are applying for and therefore can access our refer opportunities at top organisations equally. Partnering organisations include CICC, Microsoft, Accenture, and Deloitte, to name just a few. Our partnering organisations trust the ability of our training, which is why we are able to directly refer our students for positions. Unfortunately these opportunities are not available for non-service students as we cannot ensure their work ability.
